After spending the next few years learning from some of the industry’s best, Bill opened the doors of Chapman Commercial Realty in 2010. Through Chapman Commercial Realty, Bill offers his experience and expertise in a multitude of real estate ventures, including retail and office development, investment brokerage, tenant and landlord representation, office management, and land development.

Bill is a sixth generation ‘Huntsvillian’, whose family settled here in the 1820s. With his intricate knowledge of the history of the area, and his one-of-a-kind expertise, Bill has everything you need to demonstrate what Huntsville can do to enrich your life.



Laura’s passion for real estate began at the age of 19 when she purchased her first home. At 23, she earned her real estate license and began ‘flipping’ properties, with great results. She recently left a corporate career in the medical field and is excited to start a new chapter in her dream role as an associate broker with Chapman Commercial Realty.
