William ‘Bill’ Chapman started his career in residential sales in 1992, but quickly entered the world of commercial real estate sales. After spending the next few years learning from some of the industry’s best, Bill opened the doors of Chapman Commercial Realty in 2010. Through Chapman Commercial Realty, Bill offers his experience and expertise in a multitude of real estate ventures, including retail and office development, investment brokerage, tenant and landlord representation, office management, and land development.

Bill is a sixth generation ‘Huntsvillian’, whose family settled here in the 1820s. With his intricate knowledge of the history of the area, and his one-of-a-kind expertise, Bill has everything you need to demonstrate what Huntsville can do to enrich your life.



A native of Athens, AL, Kevin Gardner comes to Chapman Commercial Realty after a 30 plus year career in the technology sector. During this time, he served in various technical and sales leadership roles with the last 22 of those years in the public safety software arena. Additionally, Kevin was the co-founder of a successful public safety software company that was acquired in 2015 by a large international technology company.

As a life-long resident of North Alabama, Kevin has a deep understanding and knowledge of the local and area market as well as an extensive business acumen to provide you with the highest level of service available.

Originally from Cullman, AL, and a resident of Huntsville for the past 14 years, Shea Fox is a Realtor specializing in Commercial Real Estate. She has a 20-year career in radio broadcasting and utilizes her extensive background in marketing and promotions to help service her clients and help grow their businesses. With over 15 years’ experience in professional office environments and a track record of strong performance in high volume, high pressure situations, Tara skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at Chapman Commercial Realty.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, she ensures the smooth operation of the Company, with her robust knowledge of Real Estate office management and efficient handling of client inquiries, meetings and timely access to agents as required.

Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Athens State University and also received her Alabama Real Estate License in 2017. She is the proud mom of two girls, enjoys the outdoors and loves Alabama Football. RTR!!
